Wizkid Releases New Single, ‘No Stress’ And Reveals That ‘Made in Lagos’ Album Will Have 14 Tracks

Nigerian Superstar musician, Wizkid has released his second solo single of 2020. The new single is titled, ‘No Stress’ and it is a follow-up to his last single, ‘Smile’ featuring Grammy winning American singer, H.E.R.
Wizkid initially announced the single in a cryptic tweet on Wednesday, when he took to his Twitter page and wrote, “No stress.”
The release of ‘No Stress’ on RCA UK also coincides with the availability of ‘Made in Lagos’ for pre-order. It has also been revealed that the album will have 14 tracks of which two, have already been released.
Wizkid also confirmed that ‘Made in Lagos’ will be released on 15th October 2020.

American song writer and artiste, stefani germanotta popularly known as lady gaga performed at the inauguration of joe biden and harris.
LADY GAGA who sang the national anthem of the united states, earlier twitted on her official twitter handle, ‘’singing our national anthem for the american people is my honor.
I will sing during a ceremony, a transition, a moment of change—between potus 45 and 46. for me, this has great meaning.
Joe Biden is sworn in as the 46th president of the United States at the U.S. Capitol In Washington, D.C., sparking calls for unity from lady gaga, jennifer lopez and more stars in attnedance.

American rapper and singer, Drake has made history, as he officially becomes the most streamed artist in the history of Spotify.

The Canadian-born musician has managed to surpass 50 billion streams of his work on the music platform and is the first and only artist to have managed to do so.
This achievement is the latest in the artist’s record-breaking streak, having also been awarded the honour of having the most ‘Billboard hot 100’ entries of all time.

NIGERIA APPROVES BILL EXTENDING TEACHERS RETIREMENT AGE

NIGERIA’S FEDERAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (F.E.C) on wednesday approved a bill extending the retirement age for teachers in the country from 60 to 65 years
the minister of education, adamu adamu, disclosed this at the end of the council meeting presided over by president muhammadu buhari in abuja.
if the bill is approved by the national assembly, teacher’s years of service will move from 35 to 40 while their retirement age would increase from 60 years to 65.
ADAMU also stated that the bill also highlighted the introduction of bursary award, special rural posting allowances and other measures to attract the best brains to the profession.
the minister noted that the bill would be sent to the national assembly for its consideration and possible approval.
the bill also seeks to give legal backing to new measures by the current administration to enhance the teaching profession in the country.
