Williams Uchemba-EndSARS Movement Requires Leadership Structure

Actor Williams Uchemba Calls for Leadership Structure in EndSARS Movement

Actor and Comedian Williams Uchemba has stressed the need for a leadership structure in the #EndSARS protests worldwide.

Click To Watch Our YouTube Channel:
Williams Uchemba stated that any movement without leadership will eventually fizzle out and die.
Uchemba maintained that the need for leadership is to ensure that there is focus, strategy, negotiations, execution and evaluation.

In his words;

“Anything without leadership will die and fizzle out. It might have began organically but it needs leadership for focus, strategy, negotiations, execution and evaluation.

If we get carried away with our emotions and not put a proper leadership structure in place, this movement will be hijacked and when that happens, we have no only failed our generation but might not be given a golden opportunity such as this, to change our nation for good anytime soon.”

Williams went on to write an open letter to the government. His letter reads

Dear Nigerian Government,

I know you’ve been wondering the people championing this protest, I know you’ve been asking yourselves why the protest is still going on after agreeing to do everything the Nigerian youth have asked, I know you been asking and investigating who the leader of this protest is and how you can stop this new movement that has been on for days now. Well in case you don’t know this protest is no longer about ending police brutality ( as that is just one out of a lot to address), this is about the pain and frustration the Nigerian citizens have been going through for years, this is about the over 40 million people who after four or five years of schooling can’t find a job, this is about people that their loved ones died in the hospital over a very little issue because of the poor health care system, this is about people that after working for years can’t even have access to their pension money, this is about new business and entrepreneurs the Nigerian government have Frustrated because of all the unnecessary charges on a baby business thereby shutting the business down, this is about years and years of living in darkness when every year we hear about the billions and billions of naira that is put into the electricity system in this country, I could go on and on to tell you why this protest is happening, I can tell you for free that the people have had enough and have woken up in Unity with one voice and you can’t break that because POWER BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE. #restructureNigeria #giveusbasicamenities”.

Orisabunmi siblings’ death not Covid-19 related – Mr Latin

Mr Latin Orisabunmi siblings

Popular comedian, Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as ‘Mr Latin who is the president of the Theater Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) has come out to debunk the raging speculations that veteran actress, Orisabunmi, her brother and sister who died within a space of 3 days to one another may have died of Covid-19 complication. According to Mr Latin who spoke on the phone with Vanguard, the husband of Orisabunmi’s sister has cleared the air that his wife did not die of Covid-19, neither was Orisabunmi nor the elder brother.

Mr Latin revealed that Orisabunmi has been sick for a while and so was the brother who died a day after. The brother, aged 71 was said to have been ill before Orisabunmi and may have given up the ghost upon hearing of his sister’s death. The same situation seemed to have been with the sister who died another day after the brother. According to Mr Latin, the sister was said to have been hypertensive and probably died of heart failure or cardiac arrest upon the news of her sister’s death. The husband of Orisabunmi’s deceased sister claims he has no Covid-19 symptoms and so is the hospital in which his wife died. “If Orisabunmi’s sister had died of Covid-19 the hospital in Ibadan where she died would have been shut down. But it’s business as usual in the hospital,” Mr Latin said.

Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder, other American Celebrities Call for Trump’s impeachment

American celebrities have called for the impeachment

American celebrities have called for the impeachment of the president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, over the violent siege of the Capitol by the president’s supporters, following their statements on their social media platform.

The invasion that took place in the Capitol building by Trump Supporters was said to be incited by comments made by Trump at a rally earlier that day. The invasion disrupted a joint session of Congress who were counting the vote of the Electoral College to certify Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election.

Famous American singer, Lady Gaga, called for Trump’s impeachment by stating on her Twitter account, “I hope we focus to impeach Trump so Congress has the constitutional authority to possibly disqualify him from future election—the #25thAmendment doesn’t disqualify him. He incited domestic terror—how much more violence needs to happen? This is terrorism.”

John Legend, a multiple award-winning singer also wrote, “Thank you to the House of Representatives for doing your constitutional duty. Everyone please call your senators and tell them to remove this evil man from office.”

Stevie Wonder also posted, “It is time for the leaders of this country to invoke the 25th Amendment. Isn’t it obvious? Today has made me sad with disbelief with what is happening in my country, a country that has inspired my songs of hope and love.”

Actor Jon Cryer tweeted, “Impeach him. Remove him. Arrest him. Try him.”
Also, Ava DuVernay, an American filmmaker also tweeted, “We are dressed and ready for the #ImpeachmentParty. What are you wearing?”
