Ooni of Ife Commends FCT Customs for Excellence in ServiceGift Wada

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has commended the leadership and achievements of the Customs Area Controller, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Comptroller Olu Emmanuel Adebisi.
The monarch gave the commendation on Monday during a visit to the Command Office Complex off Bill Clinton Drive, Airport Road, Abuja.
Highlighting the Controller’s dedication, the Ooni said he was proud to see a son of Yoruba land making notable contributions to national development.
“I am impressed by the achievements and contributions of Comptroller Adebisi to the Service and the nation at large,” the Ooni said, expressing gratitude for the warm reception despite the short notice of his visit.
In his response, Comptroller Adebisi described the Ooni’s visit as a significant honor and a morale booster for the Command. He called on other traditional rulers to emulate the Ooni’s gesture by visiting their sons and daughters in service to encourage excellence in their duties.
“The presence of His Royal Majesty is a great source of motivation for me and the officers here. It reminds us of the importance of our work for the greater good of the country,” Comptroller Adebisi stated.
Before his departure, the Ooni bestowed his royal blessings on the Controller and the entire Command, urging them to remain diligent and committed to their statutory duties.
