The Nigeria Customs Broadcasting Network, is looking to recruit Producer/Anchor for News & Current Affairs.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

To anchor News Bulletins and Current Affairs Programmes:

Interpret and present news stories for better understanding to listeners and viewers, interact with reporters while on the air, conduct live interviews with experts who can provide additional information or opinions for News and current affairs programmes.

To produce News Bulletins and Current Affairs Programmes:

Gather and prioritize breaking news, Information, stories and pieces daily; Produce reports, packages, voice overs for News Bulletins and Current affairs programmes; script current affairs programmes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years of experience as a News Producer/Anchor.
At least 5 years of work experience in programmes production and anchoring.
Broad knowledge of local, national and international affairs.
Excellent verbal skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Video editing skill will serve as added advantages.
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Journalism, Mass Communication or other related fields will also serve as an added advantage.

JOB LOCATION: Abuja

N/B: Interviews would be held at NCBN Head office in Abuja. All candidates would be responsible for their Logistics during the Interview process. NCBN is looking to recruit a BROADCAST ENGINEER.
Requirements
• Not less than 5 years’ work experience as a Broadcast Engineer in a Media House (which should include repair and installation of Broadcast Equipment).
• Must have vast experience in both Radio and Television Broadcast Engineering.
• Abuja Residency will serve as an added advantage.
Interviews will be held in Abuja. All candidates will be responsible for their logistics during the interview. Candidates are to send their resumes and cover letters as one file to recruitment@ncbn.ng on or before the 19th of March 2021, using the position as the subject of the mail.
