Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, recently took to social media to send a quick Public Service Announcement to business owners who want her to help push their brand.

The movie star who is a mother of one complained about boutique owners sending her revealing clothes to wear.

While addressing boutique owners, the actress said that they should have known by now what her sense of style is and they should desist from sending her clothes that go against it.

The movie star noted that she would end ties with them if they send her revealing outfits. Explaining further, she said their money was not enough for her to start revealing her body at her old age.

COSON Mourns Late Music Icon, Chris Ajilo

The Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON) on Sunday mourned the death of veteran musician, Chris Ajilo, who died at the age of 91.

The chairman of COSON, Tony Okoroji, in a statement while paying tribute to the highlife veteran, said that Nigeria had lost an irreplaceable music icon.

Recall that the legendary highlife singer, Pa Chris Ajilo, has died from malaria at the age of 92.

According to the Singer’s caregiver, David Ekanem, the highlife singer had been battling malaria since last week.

He reportedly died in a hospital at 10:30 am Saturday

Nigerians Show Support for Fela Kuti to Win ‘ Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ‘

The late afrobeat legend, Olufela Olusegun Oludotun Ransome-Kuti popularly known as Fela Anikulapo Kuti has been nominated for the 2021 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The late musician was nominated alongside international artistes like JAY-Z, Dionne Warwick, Foo Fighters, The Go-Go’s, Iron Maiden and Carole King, and he could be inducted on his first-ever nomination.

The Water No Get Enemy singer will also compete with other veteran singers likes of Mary J. Blige, Tina Turner, LL Cool J and Chaka Khan who made the 16-man list of nominees which was announced on Wednesday.

According to the chairman of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation, John Skyles, “This remarkable ballot reflects the diversity and depth of the artists and music the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame celebrates.

Nigerian celebrities including Burna Boy and many others took to their different platforms to campaign for votes to support the Legend.

Fela Kuti is currently leading with 76703 Votes followed by Tina Turner with 57569 votes.
